Warm Beach Christian Camps and Conference Center welcomes your interest in service with us. Our staff community embraces the mission and values reflected in our mission statement page. We are a Christian community dedicated to living out our faith in Jesus Christ through service. We believe that Warm Beach Camp is used of God in direct proportion to the quality of its staff. It is crucial that each of us know Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and be so personally acquainted with Him that we reflect Him in our attitude and manner, as well as in our actions.

The completed application form should be returned directly to Warm Beach Camp as soon as possible.

The reference forms (included with the applications) should be given to individuals you would have provide a confidential reference for you. Your reference sources should mail, fax, or hand deliver the reference forms directly to Warm Beach Camp as soon as possinle. Please distribute two references from a Christian Worker, one from a Recent Employer or Teacher, and one from a Personal Friend.

Once your application and reference forms are returned to our Personnel Office we will be able to send your file on to the hiring manager! Please feel free to contact the Personnel office at any time if you have any questions or would like to be updated on the status of your application. Warm Beach Christian Camps and Conference Center maintains a firm commitment to provide safe and healthy work environment for its employees and quality services to its constituency. The success of this commitment depends largely upon the health of our employees. Warm Beach Christian Camps and Conference Center recognizes that substance abuse has an adverse impact on employee health and impairs our ability to maintain a safe environment free from the effects of alcohol, tobacco and illegal drugs. We conduct random drug tests at Warm Beach Camp. Submission to such testing is a condition of employment at Warm Beach Camp.
