The Lights of Christmas Internship

Goal: To introduce each intern to experience the Warm Beach Christian Camp ministry in camping, retreats, conference modes, and The Lights of Christmas (LOC) through didactic and practice-experience-base training. Each intern will explore their spiritual gifts in leadership while expanding their innate abilities and talents, with mentoring.

Leadership

To understand the Warm Beach Camp mission and values in developing and serving in retreats, camping and the LOC programs. To learn individual leadership styles, develop interpersonal skills through a mentoring relationship.

Logistics

To understand the LOC material operations, request for service and repairs required to sustain the program. Assist in coordinating and moving of supplies and equipment to appropriate LOC venues. Manage the repair and storage of equipment to reduce loss and replacement costs.

Development

To understand the WBC Development Program. To assist in creating and sustaining volunteer and special relationships supporting WBC programs. Sharing God’s interactive love with our WBC/LOC family and supporter.
