To apply for summer staff: (You must be 18 or older, if not please see Counselor in Leadership Training, Wrangler in Training, or Facilitator in Training Programs)

1 Print off the Reference Forms. Send out the four required reference forms (Two Christian Workers, one Personal Friend, and one Recent Employer) to the individuals you have chosen that knows you well, and have them fill it out and return it directly to us as soon as possible.

• Employer Reference (PDF) (One needed)
• Personal Friend Reference (PDF) (One needed)

2 Print off, complete, and send the following forms:

• Applicant Disclosure - Child and Adult Abuse Information Act (PDF)
• Background Check - Criminal History Information (PDF)
