September - November, 2012
Youth and adult volunteers are needed to help with light testing, decorating, set design, painting, welding, distributing brochures and more.
We are seeking 8-10 people to help prepare for
Working Weekend by moving boxes and supplies, Nov. 19-21(Mon-Wed); and 8-10 people to help put finishing touches on light displays, decorating, and clean-up after Working Weekend, Nov. 26-28(Mon-Wed).

Join over 100 volunteers for a extreme makeover weekend! as we transform the grounds into a Christmas wonderland for
The Lights of Christmas. Lodging and meals provided for all participating volunteers for a nominal fee. All ages invited.

Volunteers provide all the smiles, warmth, and heartfelt enthusiasm for the event. We need 100 volunteers each evening of the event. Volunteers receive a FREE evening meal and a ticket to return to
The Lights. FREE lodging and meals may be provided for those who volunteer more than one consecutive day.

The event may be over but the joy lives on! Take down The Lights of Christmas immediately following the end of the event. Help undecorate indoors, move decorations to storage, take down outdoor displays and lights. A Free Lunch is provided each day. Limited overnight options available complimentary.
