How do I know if I have been placed in the job I have requested?
There is a short delay between when you place your request and when you receive your confirmation. If you provided your e-mail address when you signed up, you will receive confirmation information via e-mail. If you do not have e-mail you will receive your confirmation via regular mail.
Why didn’t I get the job I requested?
Positions are filled on a first come first served basis. We are not always able to accommodate every request.
When should I get there?
Your confirmation will list the specific times you are needed for your volunteer shift. Shift time vary.
I can't find my confirmation information. What do I do?

What should I wear?
All details of the job you have been assigned will be listed in your confirmation.
Should I pack some dinner?
Dinner is provided for all volunteer event staff. You will be instructed by your supervisor where and when to take your meal break.
