With nearly 450 beds in motel, lodge, and cabin style facilities, the Conference Center offers tremendous opportunities for almost any group. In addition to almost a dozen different meeting spaces, the Conference Center offers a Prayer Chapel and an Outdoor Amphitheatre overlooking Port Susan Bay and Camano Island, with some of the most picturesque summer sunsets. Open 24 hours a day, the Prayer Chapel is open for anyone seeking solitude and a time for reflection. Seating around 250 people, the Outdoor Amphitheatre is the largest of three campfire gathering areas at the Conference Center.

Warm Beach Camp & Conference Center provides each group with their own meeting room(s) selected for the best mixture of size, convenience, and ambiance. Because there may be multiple groups on the Conference Center, meeting rooms are assigned six weeks in advance based upon the needs of everyone involved.

Meeting room usage is included in the per person price of your event, so you do not need to worry about a lot of extra "add-on" fees. Meeting rooms come furnished with a complimentary coffee bar, a wide range of audio/visual equipment, tables & chairs all carefully arranged according to your specifications. We recognize the importance of the meeting room for your goals to be accomplished!

Warm Beach Christian Camps and Conference Center provides two unique retreat houses for those groups seeking a special getaway. Larger groups could combine these facilities to meet their overall capacity needs. Each retreat house offers unique benefits and features designed to help you meet your event objectives.

Recreation is an important part of the Warm Beach Experience.

Get away from your everyday schedule and experience the thrill of the High Ropes Challenge Course, the challenge of the 40-foot Climbing Tower, or for those who prefer a more leisurely pace, the Swimming Pools, Canoes, Mini-golf and Disc Golf. All our recreation options allow you to relax and have fun at your own pace.

A variety of team sport facilities are available, on a first come-first served basis: Volleyball Courts, Basketball Courts that double as Tennis Courts, andHorseshoe pits. Two Play Fields forSoccer, Football, or Softball, and much more are all available.

Each member of the Guest Service Staff has a strong background in event planning. They help group leaders like you, plan over 350 events every year. No matter what type of event you're planning, the Guest Service Staff is available seven days a week to assist you any way they can.

Warm Beach Camp offers a complete event package with few, if any, additional charges. In addition, special banquets, picnics, barbecues, snacks and receptions are available.
