Full-time Year-round Positions
This position will direct the kitchen operations and culinary experience for optimal guest satisfaction, employee training, safety and efficiency. Quality controls, training and overall organization of the kitchen and dining room will be managed by this position.
Beyond the general qualifications for being on WBC staff, we are looking for a person who is adaptable, self-starting, a servant leader and able to work with a minimum of supervision. This person must work well under pressure and be able to meet multiple deadlines; must have experience managing a kitchen operation and supervising crew and must have a proven ability to work with a wide range of ages, temperaments and experience. A minimum of two to four years of institutional cooking is required.
