Special Friends/Day Camp Counselor: Are you ready for one of the most rewarding summers of your life? We are seeking enthusiastic staff who love Jesus and enjoy outdoor activities. While being a camp counselor at our Day and Overnight Camps for Special Needs adults (age 15 and up) and our Day Camp (K-4th Grade); you will grow in leadership, be challenged and blessed while loving on children and adults from all backgrounds and daily challenges, develop problem solving and teamwork skills and have opportunities to invest in the lives of others who are often marginalized and overlooked in society and make friendships to last a life time. Special Friends Facilitator
Assistant to Disabilities Ministries Director in implementing Day Camp (K-4th grade) and Special Friends (adults with disabilities) Camp programs. Responsibilities include planning daily activity schedules, delegating leadership to counselors, supervising staff and volunteers, building a sense of teamwork, discipline of campers and counselors when needed, site preparations for games and events. You will have an opportunity to grow in leadership, be challenged and blessed while loving on youth from all backgrounds and cultures, develop problem solving and teamwork skills and have opportunities to invest in the lives of others and make friendships to last a life time! It's a job full of adventure and purpose! Completion of two years of college desirable.

This role includes teaching riding classes (using CHA standards), taking out trail rides, training young horses, retraining older horses, stable maintenance, general horse care and feeding, and mentoring junior staff. While being a wrangler; you will grow in leadership, be challenged and blessed while loving on youth from all backgrounds and cultures, develop problem solving and teamwork skills and have opportunities to invest in the lives of others while making friendships to last a life time. It’s a job full of adventure and purpose! Previous instructing experience preferred.

Food Service Worker
General Description: Work as part of a dynamic team where every member performs multiple roles, you will add value for our guests as you prepare, deliver, present and clean up for all aspects of meal and catering (snack) service. This position requires both the ability to consistently follow established best practices, apply your knowledge to make good independent decisions about work flow and customer service as well as work cooperatively with other members of the team. It is your mission to add value to transform raw materials and dining areas into an exceptional guest experience and to similarly add value to your team's work experience.
General Qualifications: Beyond the general qualifications for being on WBC staff, we are looking for a person with whom is flexible, teachable, self-starting, a team player, and able to work with a minimum of supervision. This person must also know safe food handling practices and follow them and have a current Food Handler's Card.
This position may begin immediately or at the start of summer (Mid-June). This is a part-time hourly position and will include daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
