Full-time Year-round Positions
This position will direct the kitchen operations and culinary experience for optimal guest satisfaction, employee training, safety and efficiency. Quality controls, training and overall organization of the kitchen and dining room will be managed by this position.
Beyond the general qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp staff, we are looking for a person who is adaptable, self-starting, a servant leader and able to work with a minimum of supervision. This person must work well under pressure and be able to meet multiple deadlines; must have experience managing a kitchen operation and supervising crew and must have a proven ability to work with a wide range of ages, temperaments and experience. A minimum of two to four years of institutional cooking is required.

Technical Lead The Lights of Christmas
This position will manage and produce the technical work related to fabrication, repair and installation of lighting and designed sets. This position will also support capital projects and maintenance needs of the Camp as directed.
Beyond the general qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp staff, we are looking for a person who is a self-starter and follows through with excellent attention to detail; flexible, teachable, a team player and able to work with a minimum of supervision. This person must work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines as well as demonstrate cooperation with colleagues and supervisors. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, an understanding of electrical systems, wiring and basic lighting technology. Must have the ability to fabricate with medal and wood, following designs and drawings.
This position begins June 1, 2018. This is a part-time position, but has the potential to become full-time.
Part-time Year-round Positions
Food Service Worker
Work as part of a dynamic team where every member performs multiple roles, you will add value for our guests as you prepare, deliver, present and clean up for all aspects of meal and catering (snack) service. This position requires both the ability to consistently follow established best practices, apply your knowledge to make good independent decisions about work flow and customer service as well as work cooperatively with other members of the team. It is your mission to add value to transform raw materials and dining areas into an exceptional guest experience and to similarly add value to your team's work experience.
Beyond the general qualifications for being on WBC staff, we are looking for people who are flexible, teachable, self-starting, a team player, and able to work with a minimum of supervision. These people must also know safe food handling practices and follow them and have a current Food Handler's Card.
This position begins as early as May and will be primarily for the summer months. This is a part-time position.
Accommodations Team Member
Duties will include general housekeeping tasks related to guest rooms and facilities, meeting room set-up and take-down. 4-20 hours/wk depending on season and your availability. Shifts may include days or evenings. Weekend availability is required.
