Staff Guide: Do you have a heart to build up and empower leaders for God’s glory? Come be a Staff Guide at Warm Beach Camp! You will have the opportunity to speak into the lives of the Cabin Guides and provide Spiritual support to the team alongside the Youth Program Manager. Responsibilities include helping with daily activity schedules, supervising and supporting Cabin Guides, maintaining a Christ centered and prayerful culture, cultivating a cohesive team and more. Cabin Guide-Full Job Description

Horse Camp Head Counselor: Assist the Horsemanship Director in maintaining overnight horse camp by providing leadership and organization to all non-horse-related camp functions such as house rules, Bible studies, snack shop, chapel, games, etc. Supervises and supports horse camp counselors while maintaining a sense of teamwork. Cultivates proper spiritual emphasis in horse camp. You will have an opportunity to grow in leadership, be challenged and blessed while loving on youth from all backgrounds and cultures, develop problem solving and teamwork skills and have opportunities to invest in the lives of others and make friendships to last a life time! Camp Nurse: Work cooperatively with program managers and the Nurse Program Coordinator to deliver quality health care of campers. Operate professionally within the scope of own license while under the authority of the attending physician providing the Medical Standing Orders/Protocols. Along with regular maintenance, the primary focus is the care of pastures, trails and landscape areas. Must have an attitude of service and desire to work hard and see a quality job through completion and responsibly follow all safety instructions and safe operation of equipment.

Wrangler: Responsible for ministering to the spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical needs of the campers and guests while they are on and around the horses, while at the same time maintaining the facility, equipment, and horses at the highest professional standards and safety. Includes teaching riding classes (using CHA standards), taking out trail rides, training young horses, retraining older horses, stable maintenance, and general horse care and feeding. Previous experience preferred.
