When you’re trying to decide which facility to book for your group, it’s good to explore all your options. Here is a list of all the lodging options at Warm Beach Camp & Conference Center with a bit of information about each! With so much variety, non-profit and church groups of all sizes and needs can find an option that fits here!

-Olympic View Lodge

A popular pick for groups wanting privacy and relaxation! Many rooms overlook Port Susan Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

  • 24 motel-style rooms
  • Private bathroom in each room
  • Queen size bed and single day bed with trundle per room
  • Capacity: 72

Mt. Baker Cabins

Offers flexibility that is unmatched by any other facility. Only a short walk from the main lodge!

  • 7 cabins, each with 4 rooms
  • Private bathroom in each room
  • Queen size bed and 4 single bunk-style beds per room
  • Capacity: 140

Cascadian Lodge

Charming ambiance perfect for groups focusing on fellowship. The most central lodging option!

  • 30 private rooms divided in two wings
  • Vanity/sink in each room, central baths in each wing
  • Queen size bed and 2 single bunk-style beds per room
  • Central meeting area with fireplace

-Glacier and Whistler Mini-Lodges

Guests love the Mini-lodges for value, flexibility, and proximity. Great for youth groups wanting to build community!

  • 3 sleeping rooms and 1 central meeting room
  • 2 bathrooms with showers
  • Each sleeping room has nine single beds, one double bed, and two trundle beds.
  • Capacity: 36 guest for each mini-lodge

Mountain Cabins

Offering rustic camping at its best. A classic bunkhouse style cabin for classic campouts!

  • 6 heated cabins with decks and porches
  • Separate bath and shower house
  • 12 single bunk-style beds per cabin
  • Capacity: 72

W-Bar-B Ranch

Experience the Western style fun of “Life at the Ranch.” If you want a slice of Camp that’s completely yours, this is the place for you!

  • 12 bunkhouse cabins (96 beds)
  • “The Barn” meeting/dining area, leadership quarters
  • Central bathhouse
  • Outdoor recreation, fire circle/amphitheater

-Chinook Village

Get away from the hectic pace of everyday life. The closest lodging option to the pool, mini-golf, and tennis courts!

  • 2 bunk-style cabins with indoor bathrooms
  • 9 A-frame cabins, central bathhouse
  • “The Longhouse” meeting/dining area, leadership quarters
  • Outdoor fire circle

Bayview Ranch House

Experience beautiful sunsets from the wrap around deck. Perfect for small, intimate retreats!

  • 3-story house with 7 bedrooms, 6-1/2 baths
  • Meeting and dining areas, wrap-around deck
  • Campfire circle with view of Port Susan Bay
  • Capacity: 33 people

Warner Retreat House

Intimate getaway for small groups of 5-15 people. All the comfort of home at Camp!

  • 2-story house with 5 bedrooms, 2 baths
  • Living room, kitchenette (no cooking equipment)
  • Convenient location to main dining and recreation
  • Capacity: 15 people

Meet Adriene, the new Disabilities Ministries Coordinator

Warm Beach Camp is excited to announce Adriene Duguay as the Developmental Disabilities Ministries Coordinator! Adriene was born and raised in Shoreline, Washington, and graduated with a degree in Psychology from Trinity Western University in British Columbia. Hosting the Annual CHA Conference | Community Impact

March began with excitement, as Warm Beach played host to this year’s CHA (Certified Horsemanship Association) Region I Conference! The Warm Beach Horsemanship team and its many crucial volunteers were dedicated to serving our regional community through the provision of safe horses, tack, facility, and accommodations.
