Welcome Natasha and Madison

Madison Smith joins the Warm Beach Camp Ministries team as a Light Technician for The Lights of Christmas. Madison comes to us with ten years of management experience, which includes Starbucks and Godiva. While her natural leadership skills were a perfect fit for a corporate job, she began yearning for a more meaningful workplace. She was hired in August 2022 as part of The Lights of Christmas installation crew. While working here at Warm Beach, she could feel the presence of God so strongly she quickly realized she wanted to continue working in this transformative environment.

Madison is excited to come on full-time as part of The Lights of Christmas team. She has fond memories of attending The Lights of Christmas event annually as a child. She is ready to help spread the same joy she experienced at the event with future guests!

With Madison as a part of The Lights of Christmas team, we are excited to see the creative ways she will help make the event even brighter in the years to come! Welcome to the team, Madison!

We are also excited to welcome Natasha Smith as the new Development Communications Specialist!

Natasha grew up in Arlington, WA, where she cultivated a passion for writing and heeded the call to serve her community. She comes to us with non-profit experience. She recently worked for Cocoon House, where she helped provide resources, housing, and life skills to local homeless youth. Like her sister Madison, she joined The Lights of Christmas team in August 2022. While here, she felt the presence of God working through this organization and has found it fulfilling working in a Christ-focused environment. She has decided to transition into this new role and looks forward to further serving the local community through her gift of writing.

When not working, Natasha enjoys tending to her herb garden, reading, and spending time with her two dogs and loved ones. We are excited to see Natasha’s positive impact on this role. Welcome to the team, Natasha!
