2015 Family Camp

There's nothing quite like a week at Family Camp - the beauty of the Warm Beach Camp grounds, the fellowship with old friends, and the opportunities to worship God and grow together as a family. Our keynote speaker for 2015 is Blake Wood, lead pastor of First Free Methodist Church in Seattle, Washington. Family Camp at Warm Beach Camp


For kids, and adults alike, Family Camp offers some memorable activities that keeps people coming back every summer. For example, you'll have opportunities to experience:

Junior & Senior High Programs

In addition to all the regular activities, junior and senior high students will have their own separate activities designed just for them, including:

  • Music and worship
  • Special morning and evening speaking sessions
  • Swimming pool parties and other special activities
  • Skits and games, and much more!


Blake Wood

Blake Wood is the lead pastor of Seattle First Free Methodist Church. He has a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Ministry with a focus in Global Evangelization from Regent University. Blake has been a church planter, pastor and missionary. He is passionate about helping Christ followers to impact the next generation, their neighbors and the nations in our backyard with the grace and truth of Jesus Christ.

Dr. Delia Nuesch-Olver

Dr. Delia Nüesch-Olver
is the Latin America Area Director for Free Methodist World Missions. She began this role in August 2008 after 35 years of ministry experience as a cross-cultural church planter and pastor, and professor of Global Urban Mission. She is an ordained elder and has a Ph.D. in cultural anthropology (Syracuse University). "Doctora Delia," as she is known in Latin America, is a third culture person, born in Argentina to a Swiss missionary family. She has a great passion to develop strategies to reach cities and lead Latin Americans to Christ.

Paul Olver

Dr. Paul S. Olver
 serves on the leadership team for the Free Methodist Church in Latin America, focusing on Pastoral Formation. He also leads the Engage Urban Initiative of the FMC-USA. Paul and his wife Delia make their home base in Miami.
Prior to joining the Latin America Team, Paul pastored urban, multicultural congregations in Chicago, New York City and most recently at Rainier Avenue Church of Seattle. He has also served as the leader of several Free Methodist outreach and resource ministries, such as Mission Thailand, Urban Impact and Mission Northeast.
In addition to 35 years of ministry experience, Paul has Masters Degrees in Missions from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago and Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. His Doctor of Ministry from Palmer Theological Seminary in Philadelphia focused on the Renewal of the Church for Mission.

Chris Henderson

Maple Center - Morning Youth Speaker 
Chris Henderson is the Youth Pastor at I-90 Community Church in Preston, WA.  He is currently loving his 20th year working with youth and doesn't have plans to stop anytime soon.  Chris grew up going to Warm Beach and now enjoys bringing his wife Katie and sons Kaleb and Parker to Family Camp each year.  He divides time between the church, a day job at a tech company and playing Legos and Lincoln Logs. He lives in Snoqualmie, WA and loves adventures in Seattle, going to Sounders games and playing golf.

Eric Henderson

Maple Center - Morning Worship Leader 
Eric Henderson serves as the Worship Director at Bethany Community Church in Seattle. He led worship for the first time at Chinook Village when he was in junior high and was on summer staff from '94-'00. Eric studied ministry at Seattle Pacific University and now lives in Edmonds with his wife Lacey and their kids, Laine and Lewis. Like his older brother Chris, he loves to golf and watch the Sounders.


All full time rates include meals (except where noted), insurance and program fees. Full time registrants are given priority in housing assignments. Linens are not icluded (except where noted), linen packs are available in other lodging $10 per pack. All rates are per person.
