Supervised school support in a place of abundant joy – Camp!

School at Camp is a safe child care option for elementary and middle school age children that has supervised virtual learning combined with the fun of outdoor breaks and camp activities. Parents can maintain work and outside commitments knowing their children are well cared for by trained staff dedicated to their child’s development. Children Kindergarten through 8th grade will find support for their education, positive friendships, and time to enjoy outdoor fun. Located on the beautiful campus of Warm Beach Camp, 4.5 miles south of Stanwood, School at Camp offers working parents a great environment for their kids to learn, play, and grow.

Your child’s learning and well-being is the highest priorityEach day campers are assisted in their assigned distance learning coursework from their school. Staff help as needed with logging in to their classes, keeping up with their teacher’s assigned schedule, and understanding assignments as they are able.  

Participants have age-group activity rotations to enhance learningIncludes outdoor time, nature exploration, and camp-style games.  

School at Camp will follow the county guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19. It offers a welcoming place for each child to learn and adds hands-on learning and outside fun every child needs to grow.

Dates and Pricing

Monthly sessions coordinate with the Stanwood-Camano School District calendar.
Students from all school districts are welcome to participate.

Full-time Weeks run Monday – Friday
8:00am – 4:30pm

Part-time Options Run from Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday

8:00am - 4:30pm

Students bring their own lunch. Refrigeration is available. A daily, nut-free snack will be provided. Bringing additional snacks is optional.

Tier Pricing for 2020- Realizing families have different abilities to pay, Warm Beach Camp now has a three-tier fee structure to meet everyone's needs. Tiers 1 & 2 apply scholarship funds.

Youth & Outdoor Ministries Director

Lindsey has always loved playing outdoors. She started on the Challenge Course at Warm Beach Camp in 2007, and found her passion. After working locally and abroad with numerous youth and outdoor organizations, she graduated in 2012 from Trinity Lutheran College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Children, Youth & Family Studies, focusing on Outdoor Leadership. Lindsey believes in the transformative power of outdoor experiences and is excited to serve as the Youth & Outdoor Ministries Director.
