Complete Harmony
May God, who gives this patience and encouragement, help you live in complete harmony with each other, as is fitting for followers of Christ Jesus.

The idea of complete harmony is beautiful to consider. In music, harmony can stir the spirit and emotions taking the content of the music to a whole new level. In creation, the harmony of life draws a sense of awe and wonder that leads us to consider the Creator. In relationships, harmony draws people in. When people live in love and community together, it is compelling and attractive.
Harmony communicates the best of who we can be together.
To live in harmony, we need help. More specifically, we need God. His demonstrated example, patience, and encouragement gives us capacity and hope to get along well with each other.
On any given day, there are many opportunities to justify division and conflict. It is just too easy to choose to live in broken relationships, all the while defending our reasons for holding to brokenness.
The Apostle Paul reminds us as followers of Jesus Christ, we are called and expected to live in harmony. Thankfully the Holy Spirit is with us to help us get along in love. Jesus set the ultimate example of forgiveness. God the Father is pouring mercy and grace all over us. Mercy and grace are meant to be shared with others through us. We are to be patient with each other on this journey of life and eternity.
Encouragement: Choose with me to live in harmony today. Let’s declare our need for God’s help. Let our harmony draw others close to our amazing God.
Prayer: Dear Jesus, I pray that You will help us live in complete harmony with each other. Holy Spirit, come alongside us. Father, give us the patient endurance required in healthy relationships. May the harmony made through us become attractive and beautiful to the watching world. May people reach for You because of the love we share with each other.
In Your name Jesus, Amen
