The Lights of Christmas for All Partnerships
Salt of the Earth Food Blessing distributed 200 ticket vouchers amongst their five locations through The Lights of Christmas for All Fund. One of the recipients at the Smokey Point distribution location was in tears, saying, “Really, I wasn’t going to be able to do that for my kids this year. This will be an amazing gift, as I already told them we would not be able to go on our annual family tradition.” This is the impact each ticket ...

Camp Makes an Impact
One can never know how God will choose to move in one’s life. All that is required of us is to surrender and let Him lead. The outpouring of God’s Spirit upon the lives of students and leaders attending Warm Beach Camp was a beautiful illustration of living in those surrendered moments. A middle school-aged youth group from a local church attended a camp retreat at Warm Beach Camp this spring. Many students who attend the youth group come from ...

Farewell to Eugene and Holly
Warm Beach Camp Ministries is immensely blessed with individuals that come alongside the ministry to help uphold the values of the mission. In even rarer instances, an entire family that shares the love of Christ will create a space where others feel seen, heard, and welcomed. Eugene and Holly Barnes and their children exemplify that. Warm Beach Camp is grateful to have had the Barnes family be a part of the Camp community for the past 30 years and help ...

The Auction is Moving!
I don’t know about you, but I have missed being together for the annual auction. If you have joined us in the past, you will remember the fun of quietly (or not so quietly) outbidding someone for a certain item, or the friendly competition for a delicious-looking cake or pie. Over the last two years, as we navigated the pandemic, we have been grateful for the opportunity to move the auction online. We found new opportunities and a way to ...

A Very Good Thing
When I gaze upon the beauty of a PNW sunset from my outlook at the stables. God’s faithfulness and provision are ever-present. His evidence abounds. The evergreen trees and lush green pastures withstand record breaking heat of summer, buffeting high winds of fall and bitter cold in winter. They remain the backdrop for the life-giving ministry between horses and people and give testimony to the work the Lord has laid before us at the stables. Beautiful fruit is being shaped ...

God’s Enduring Love
As we transition from 2021 to 2022 there is a profound truth that has become our focus for 2022: God’s Enduring Love. We just finished the 24th season of The Lights of Christmas, the 2nd year of a drive-thru format. We shared and experienced God’s enduring love. The story of Jesus coming to save us, God coming to be with us, was clearly evident through, and word. We are grateful for all those who chose to take this in. As we look ...

Moving Forward Together
We have an opportunity to do something quite extraordinary in these times: Move forward together as we navigate this extended time of pandemic. We don’t do this in rebellion or anger. We move forward together with compassion, ...

A Summer of Transformation
This summer, Black Diamond Camp hosted 739 Day Campers. Not only did these kids participate in activities like ziplining, swimming, climbing walls, and archery tag, they also experienced God’s Creation and life-changing messages from God’s Word. Each day, kids arrived with their own joys and excitement and their own set of worries and fears. One of those campers was Conner. Conner was at Camp most of the summer and usually had a go-with-the-flow attitude, but something was just off one ...
