Hosting the Annual CHA Conference | Community Impact
March began with excitement, as Warm Beach played host to this year’s CHA (Certified Horsemanship Association) Region I Conference! The Warm Beach Horsemanship team and its many crucial volunteers were dedicated to serving our regional community through the provision of safe horses, tack, facility, and accommodations. The event was a highlight for equine professionals and enthusiasts who gather each year to seek continuing education, mentorship, and community as well as a chance to sharpen their skills. The conference provides a fun and education packed schedule with opportunities for all levels of riders and professionals to learn something new.
Warm Beach Horsemanship’s Pony Club members were among the volunteers who worked so diligently to provide the best quality experience for attendees and care for our horses. It is an honor to witness these young people serve within the greater horse community and represent Christ through their actions. They bring a valued voice to our ministry. From smiling faces to willing attitudes, kind words, and careful actions, the impact of professionalism, and Christian values is evident in the praise and feedback of those in attendance.
The community of equine professionals to which our team belongs is not inherently a Christian community; though we know many who are. We are encouraged by the success and popularity of “Cowboy Church” -finding fellowship here. As we are inspired by any opportunity we have to represent Christ in our exchanges and connections within these events.
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
