Welcome Allison Brannon!

We are excited to welcome Allison Brannan as a Group Sales Specialist at Warm Beach Camp Ministries!

Allison grew up in Kent, Washington, and graduated from Thomas Edison State University with a bachelor’s in liberal studies.

She worked part-time from 2008 to 2016 in the Equestrian Program at Camp Berachah. During that time, Allison assisted with therapeutic lessons, led trail rides, became a CHA-certified instructor, and taught Western and English lessons. Camp Berchah became Black Diamond Camp (a Warm Beach Camp Ministries campus), and from March 2016 to November 2023, Allison worked full-time as a Guest Services Event Coordinator.

With her recent transition to a Group Sales Specialist position, Allison looks forward to meeting with potential group leaders to promote and share the opportunities at Camp. When asked what she is most excited about, she said, “There are many factors that come into play for a retreat to happen for a group, and having the opportunity to use my experience and knowledge of Camp to help leaders see our facility and start that initial planning process is always a highlight.”

When not at work, Allison loves hiking with friends, walking her dog, or finding a scenic view. She also enjoys quiet days at home, surrounded by friends. Welcome, Allison; we are glad that you are here!

Whether it’s during all-staff workdays for setup and takedown or working together to serve ...

Relationships

“Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”  Matthew 22:37-39 NLT  One of our primary challenges in life is that we look for everything but relationships to address the core issues of life.  Law, structure, rules, knowledge, pleasure, success, and self-determination are a good starter list of how we distract ourselves ...
