Kids 2 Camp Benefit Run coming this summer

August 26, 2017

K2C Fun Run 1Last August, we launched a brand new family fun activity to help raise scholarships for the Kids 2 Camp Fund. We held our very first Kids 2 Camp Benefit Run with 75 participants of all ages. It was a chance to watch young children, parents, and grandparents alike experience the beauty of God’s nature while supporting a great cause.

We invite you to come help us finish the 2017 summer season strong at the 2nd Annual Kids 2 Camp Benefit Run on August 26, 2017. Bring your family and friends to walk, jog or run your way through a scenic race route unique to our facility. Find your spirit refreshed as you take in tranquil wooded trails, grassy fields and vista views of Port Susan Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

Your participation directly supports our Kids 2 Camp Scholarship fund. With your help in 2016, more than $220,000 in scholarship monies was given, and this provided more than 1,500 at risk children, families and special needs adults the opportunity to attend camp at Warm Beach.

When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. He said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So, pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask ...

Building Confidence through Faith

What do these have in common: a Pony Club rider working through her own fear as she tries to calm her anxious horse. A horsemanship instructor, learning how to convey knowledge clearly and effectively while also knowing that she does not have all the answers. Each of these individuals ...
