You are so Full of it!

Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.

“You are full of it” is a phrase usually reserved for a ridiculous attitude and opinion in life towards something. It is a statement of sarcasm, humor, and cynicism all wrapped into one. Do you remember the last time you used the phrase?

Let’s do a little repurposing of a few choice words.

The Apostle Paul is challenging us to be so full of the message of Christ, that it informs our attitudes and opinions in everything we do. The message of Christ is filled with richness. It satisfies the deepest needs of our lives. It moves us to the desires of our heart, as we draw closer to God through Jesus Christ.

Being full of the presence of Christ informs the way we teach and counsel each others. We are connected with the real time wisdom of God anytime we ask for it. Our music, worship, and literature move us to praising God. We are filled with a thankful heart.

Yes, I want to be full of it. Do you?

Encouragement: Be full of it. Full of the amazing truth found in Jesus Christ. Full of His forgiveness, wisdom, and compassion. Full of gratitude and praise. Yes, be full of it. May it be said of you in repurposed meaning:  OU ARE SO FULL OF IT.

Prayer: Dear Jesus, may we long to be full of You in who we are and everything we do. May You fill our lives with truth, Your presence, and wisdom as we live in this world. May we be people of song, praise and gratitude that draw others to You. Yes, may we be full of it. May we be full of You. In Your name we pray, Amen.

Meet Warm Beach’s Intern, Jessica Graves

The internship program is back in full swing at Warm Beach Camp (WBC)! We are excited to welcome Jessica Graves (left) from Ferndale as a 2023-2024 WBC intern. Warm Beach Horsemanship proudly presents its pony clubbers with the opportunity to test their skills in the educational atmosphere of Pony Club rallies.
